Freight items are unable to be shipped until we have all the necessary information required by the carrier. Typically that includes a valid business name, address, valid phone number, and hours of operation. Be sure to provide us with all necessary contact information with your order as well. Freight charges are for zoned commercial addresses with a forklift or loading dock. If the location requires the assistance of a lift gate there will be an additonal fee. If a commercial address is not able to be provided we can ship the item to your residence for an additional fee. Add $100 for Residential delivery Add $85 for Liftgate delivery Most orders are shipped within one business day. If there is an issue with your order or item we will reach out to you before we ship the order. Once payment is received for a freight item we will send a message asking for additional information needed for the freight carrier. Without this information we will not be able to ship your item. If a USPS or UPS item is damaged during shipping please keep all packaging and loose parts complete with the package. Send us a message through Ebay with some pictures and your invoice number. If there has been any damage to the item during shipping inspect the item to see if you can still use it or not. It is very important to not sign for any damaged product without notating it on the delivery ticket or denying the shipment. You have the right to inspect the package for obvious signs of damage prior to signing and accepting the delivery. If a delivery driver is refusing to let you inspect the shipment before you sign for it, do not sign, refuse the shipment and contact us through eBay messaging. When you sign for the delivery on the carrier's Bill Of Lading (BOL) it is accepting the merchandise as is and in good order. So please inspect your package before signing for it.
