Uberti 1847 Walker Blued Steel Back Strap -A

Description: This listing is for a Civil War era reproduction, produced in 2021, Uberti 1847 Walker Model back strap. Listing includes a single blued steel(black in color) back strap as shown. Part #8 in Picture 2. The 1847 Walker is the giant originator of the Colt series of open top revolvers. It is about 1/3rd larger than the 1851/1860 series. Weighing in at 4.5 lbs. it is hulk of a revolver. Many consider it to be the first 'Magnum' created as the six shot oversized cylinder can hold a rifles load of 60 grains of powder. This part was removed from a new revolver. Some minor wear, marks, chips, scratches and discoloration is possible. This part was fitted and finished by hand at the factory for a specific revolver. Unless purchased with the matching grip parts this will likely need proper fitting and refinishing. Approximate dimensions: overall height: 4.05"; depth(at bottom): 2.23"; width: 1.05". Not compatible with other Uberti Models or original Colts or other brand replicas. Items will be well protected during shipping and will be sent USPS Priority Mail(2-5 days). As the revolvers are hand fitted and finished in the 'old world' method, each is slightly unique and some parts will require additional fitting/finishing for perfection on your revolver(holding on to your old parts to use as a guide/template is recommended).
