What's is in this listing: MIL- M303 A) I have not seen a World War II pouch like this before. It was never issued and came from WW II surplus. Its stamped 1940 & MEC 0 on the inside flap. I was told this was US issued however on the outside stamped on the side printed: MADE IN ENGLAND. Approx size is 9 X 5 inches, Again military surplus never issued in A++ condition along with the strap and hardware.
