It came off the shelf of an HVAC company I helped clean out as it had closed. It had no box or package. The personnel on site claimed it, like a few other things present, was inventoried and never put into service.... I have several of these from the same place, same situation. I noticed the numbers vary slightly between them, although they look the same and may serve the same application! SOOOOOO, please observe the numbers for your board to match!!
