Description: This item is a 35 3/4" right-handed very wide sole iron. It is marked 12 on the sole and looks like a chipper. Made by Spalding from the Kro-Flite series. First 12 iron I have seen in this model. The head is clean and not all rusted. It does have the expected play nicks and dings and plating loss. Please look at the many zoom pictures to get a better idea of condition. The shaft is an old original steel with tan pyratone coating. The pyratone is in good condition with only one chip. The grip is the original long leather wrap that is in good vintage condition with a little separation. Intact butt cap. Unusual find. Add it to your Kro-Flite set. Shipping in the US is calculated and based on a 3-pound box. This item shipped UPS Ground. For those of you that never ship but only receive items, the further you are from me in NC the more shipping will be. That is the way the carriers charge. On top of that, eBay and takes almost 15% of what I receive for shipping (out of $10 I receive $8.50) and I would like to break even. eBay collects sales tax for many states. They charge me 15% for that service and I never see that money.
