This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed (some heavily frayed) - edges rough in areas and the top edge is damaged); edge indents/nicks (targe tear on upper edge and some smaller tears); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); no holes that I could see; large piece of upper edge torn away.
