This is USDA buckle serial # 10741, a bronze buckle with a darkened background, made by Western Heritage Company, of Encampment, Wyoming, in 1985. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have a darker patina, and some minor wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 3.1 oz.
