Over the years this pack has become much harder to find. The Medium ALICE Pack can be used either with or without the frame making it a versatile option for any activity. The Medium ALICE pack is designed to hold loads up to 50 lbs when using the frame. It is easy to organize your gear with the internal pocket made for a poncho liner or radio, and 3 outside pockets that can be stuffed full of gear to be within reach. We hope you find that it serves you well. Grade 1 Like New: out of the factory case or may have only minor signs of use or storage marks. Grade 2 Used : What we call normal surplus. The gear is fully usable and shows normal signs of use and has a lot of life left. Some items may have stains, writing, color fading, repairs, and or surface rust on them. We found that up to a small 1/4" hole or fray does not repair well and do not affect the gears performance. Since surplus ALICE packs are now vintage some may have a interior hood pocket that is ripped and is not repairable unless replaced. Grade 3: ALICE packs in this condition will have a ripped back pad or tear that we feel are not easily repairable but possible or used as it. This grade would be good for a budget item or use other than fully functional in its current condition.
