This note is heavily circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); many edge indents/nicks (it looks like there are several tears that have been repaired on the top and bottom edges leaving some small holes that can be seen in the light - other smaller tears exist as well); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); several smaller holes.
