I am the original owner and opened this set when I bought it to make sure there were no scratches on the discs (I always hated seeing scratches on brand-new discs right out of the shrink wrap, and if I waited too long to open it, I wouldn't be able to exchange the bad disc(s)). I never got around to watching this series, though, so it's definitely still "like new". However, earlier today I did put each side of each disc in the player to verify there was no disc rot, and I am happy to say that there isn't (I had heard that some Warner discs (other titles, as it turns out) have gone bad, so I wanted to be 100% sure this set was okay). Each episode booted up beautifully. Everything about this double-sided 3-disc set is great, from there being very little wear to the cardboard slipcase itself, the inner fold-out is gorgeous, no spindles are broken, the discs are mint, etc. The only real wear I see to the outside of the slipcase are a couple lightly dinged corners (the back's lower right corner has a small "ding" that is probably the biggest flaw present - seen in close up above), and a light bit of edge denting - the most notable being to the front's top edge. A couple minor scuffs exist to the right side of the front panel, but they don't really show up in the pics due to the shiny surface. Overall, the slipcase is in great, near mint shape, and everything housed inside is even better! Please see the pics above to better appreciate the condition of this great out-of-print DVD set.
