Van Halen ORIGINAL 1978 Petty Cash Receipt Book Signed Eddie Michael Anthony

Description: This is a piece of Van Halen history. It is an original 1978 petty cash receipt book. It has 33 original white receipts. Three of them have original Eddie Van Halen signatures and two of them have original Michael Anthony signatures. There are also 23 yellow carbon copies. Two of those with Eddie Van Halen signature carbon copies. I recently acquired a vintage collection of papers from the EARLY days of Van Halen...This came from a VERY well known members of the early Van Halen Team...I was asked to only disclose the source to the buyer....This one had the signatures cut out as it was going to be destroyed but I was able to rescue it before this happened.
