Very Rare 1920's Cyma Swiss Deco 15J Pocket/Key Chain Travel Watch Runs Strong!

Description: PLEASE NOTE: I am selling a number of watches and parts from several collections I've acquired. They are in various conditions and all are being sold 'AS IS', including this Very Rare 1920's Cyma Swiss Deco 15J Pocket/Key Chain Travel Watch Runs Strong!, so please read my descriptions carefully before bidding or buying. I will attempt to be as accurate as possible and I also package very well, but watches are somewhat delicate by nature, so please ask questions if you're not sure what you are buying. Also, please read my feedback and note that my BIN prices are usually under the selling point at end of auctions... this watch will look better in your hand than it does in the pics. Cyma are known for high quality, Swiss movements and this is a clean example of an early Deco period flip-out travel watch that is hard to find. The original movement is signed '15 Jewels' 'Adjusted' and 'Swiss Made'. The watch winds, sets [stem wind/set], runs well and is keeping good time, though I do not know when it was last serviced. It is cased in its original, patented, Cyma signed case with normal surface scratches, but overall condition is quite nice. I believe these pieces were originally clad in patent leather or similar, though most of the few examples I've located have had the wrapping removed over the years. The 2 flip open, spring loaded doors are both working properly, with friction locking [adjustable] in good order as well. The watch component flips forward out of the case on a hinge to allow for winding and setting. Case dimensions are approx. 45mm X 30mm X 9mm deep (closed). The metal dial has radium Arabic indices and hands. It's in decent shape, for an unrestored, 100 year old dial and it's signed 'Cyma'. The acrylic crystal looks original and fine. Overall, this is a very attractive, collectable, vintage timepiece and running well... and looks very cool. It'll look better in your hand than it does in the pics....you won't be disappointed!
