Five 8-track tapes weigh just under a pound, so five can be sent for the same price as ONE. All tapes are sold strictly as collector’s/ display items with NO guarantee concerning their operating condition -- unless picked up in person. 8-track tapes were never intended to travel through the mail and rough handling can, on rare occasions, result in the tape un-spooling-- something over which I have no control. Different makes/models of machines, and players with differing levels of maintenance and cleanliness will handle a given tape slightly differently. For these reasons, 8-track tapes are sold “As-Is” and returns are not accepted. But in the event of a problem I’ll be happy to provide contact information for my 8-track guy who, for about $3, will fix whatever is wrong with it.BX55
