The boxes do show signs of wear and tear; this set has seen about 30 holiday seasons! Each box has a corresponding styrofoam insert, designed for the particular item; these inserts are all in excellent condition. All pieces were in perfect condition until the last minute when Balthazar's hand got bumped! You can see the repair in the close-up but you can also see that it doesn't show when he is in an upright condition. Also included is a wooden stable, and artificial snow.
