This came from the workshop of an estate that had over 30 pre 1932 vehicles, mainly Packard, Cadillac, LaSalle, Pierce Arrow, Buick, Chevrolet and several vintage fire trucks such as Mack Bull Dog and American LaFrance. It is in good survivor condition. The lever moves as it should (not seized). The mounting threads are clean and in good usable condition.
