This is VERY old and the paper is not unlike the paper in a LIFE magazine from the 1930s. Incredible and festive graphics seem to be pandering to very wealthy clients . The "Show Boat" concept in grand cruise boat style ! I never saw anything like this before ! THIS needs a lot of TLC and maybe a nice frame (or two) . I don't know too much more about this ......
