Set magnetic needle", wording to the inner case translates to "Outlook". The aiming circle itself Measures about 4 in wide and 6.5 in tall. The case measures about 5.5" wide and 8" tall. In good condition with some signs of aging. It is in good condition with some signs of aging. The surface has chipping. All mechanisms appear to work as intended, although one is loose.
