Description: Vintage Prewar 1939 Schwinn Model C / Balloon / Fat Tire / Klunker Cruiser Bike Frame Vintage Prewar Schwinn Model C Balloon Tire Cruiser Bike Frame most likely from 1939. This Frame was used on Model C Tank bikes that were made Prewar. Serial is on the Bottom Bracket and 407xx so 1939 ish. Cool Cruiser Frame that is Used, Steel, Somebody over painted the bike, looks like hell but also looks kinda cool, fender bridges are decent shape, has drop stand dropouts, may have dents & rust. These Old Steel Schwinn Frames are pretty solid and strong good for a Klunker Cruiser. Adult size Frame, a 18" Schwinn frame as it measures 18" crank center to seat mast top.
