The Model Frame looks to be from 1940, frame has Prewar Dropouts, curved bottom tube, has shorter prewar head-tube so most likely 1940. Serial is on the Bottom Bracket and is H200xx. Cool Cruiser Frame. It is Used, Steel, has a Cool Patina, looks good, Frame was repaired welded & brazed, frame was over painted and patina treated to bring it back, fender bridges are pretty nice, shows wear, has scratches & nicks, has paint & decal loss, rust, and may have dents & kick stand denting.
