Description: Vintage 1940s - 1950s HARTZ ADVERTISING BIRD TIN NO. 400 New York 3 NY (tin #1) Click images to enlarge Description This is a vintage EMPTY 1940's-50's orange with bright yellow canary litho bird care advertising tin by Hartz Mountain. It reads My T Mite No. 400 3/4 Oz. Packed by Hartz Mountain Products, New York, 3 N.Y. Size is about 2-1/8" x 1-1/4" x 3-5/8" high. Condition is VG overall, though there is some VERY light surface rust on the bottom; some light wear to the raised molded rim around the top (mostly reverse side); minimal wear from age and handling elsewhere.
