Description: Part of a interlocking belt buckle from the 1940's made from brass with the words "The Boys Brigade", the brass buckle is in lovely condition with a nice rich patina. It would be ideal for a repair to make a complete buckle if someone has the other half or just as it is a lovely piece of history. I can date this fairly easily as it belonged to my father in law from his childhood and is from the mid 1940's. It will come with two diamond shaped badges which where given as a reward for a full years attendance. Both badges have C style clasps and date from the same period, they are also in great condition with little sign of wear.
