The painting was entered into an exhibit at the City Art Museum in St. Louis back in 1959, and still has the original paper label attached to the back side of the canvas. It is signed by the artist in the lower right-hand corner of the canvas. This painting definitely packs a punch, and will be certain to spark interest wherever it hangs. It is suitable for any modern interior setting! Measurements: Including the frame, approx. 27" tall x 35.5" wide. Condition: The painting itself is in great shape - no rips, holes, tears, punctures, repairs, etc. The wood frame shows signs of wear commensurate with age and handling (ie. scuff marks, some paint drips on it, scratches), but it is structurally solid.
