Description: Here is a vintage 1960s or 70s Killam rug from the Middle East, Turkish or Afghanistan, or maybe even from Pakistan. I got this rug from a dealer who would go to the Middle East after I gave him some cash and he would send back rugs. This rug was a surprise, as it is fairly rare. The rug is well loved, that means I’ve used it for the past 30 years. Please look at the photos as some of the bits of it are frayed and so forth. The back has unique back knotting which you don’t sing on some of these rugs is very visible. Please note this rug is from a house that has cats, even though I did clean it as well as possible.
