Vintage 1960's Factory Clone Dress for Patti Playpal & Similar Size Dolls

Description: Description Factory clone dress for companion size dolls such as Patti Playpal and similar dolls. Circa 1960's. The dress measures approx. 16" from shoulder seam to bottom hem and approx. 10" from under arm to under arm. It opens fully in the back, making it easier to put on a doll. CONDITION: An adorable dress, but not perfect. Some soil is present here and there.
