Description: This is a vintage 1964 Suzuki No.9 Dynamic Parlor Guitar, made by the Suzuki Violin Company in Nagoya, Japan with a spruce top and maple back and sides. As a dynamic guitar, it can use either nylon or metal strings. In this case, it has been equipped with new D'Addario EJ40 silk and steel light gauge strings. Cosmetically, the guitar has some minor dings, scratches and blemishes, including a slight separation between the bottom of the neck block and the inside of the guitar. Also, along the bottom of the bridge their is a tiny gap where dried glue can be seen. See the close-up photos for a more detailed inspection. In spite of its imperfections, after 60 years this guitar is still very playable with a very pleasant tone. Thanks for your consideration and be sure to check out the other vintage guitars I have for sale!
