It does have bumps bruises to the fenders and paint missing in places from Being rode hard and put away wet. See pics for dents and paint missing on fenders both front and back. The chrome handlebars will clean up nicely. I should have polished for the pics but i just don't have the time. Maybe i will clean up one side and add some photos photos later to show the potential. The wheels are 24". I'm not sure of the bike size. Is it 24 if tje tires are 24? Some.blogs say you should measure from the center of the crank to the bottom of the seat post. If that's the case its 16". Allow the photos to be the best descriptor of this item.
