Vintage 1969 Fender Princeton Drip Edge, Blackline, tube combo amp

Description: Vintage 1969 Fender Princeton, Drip Edge, Black line, tube combo amp, gently used. This is a wonderful example of the Blackface circuit, AA964. The baffle board is the screw-on cabinet board, as with original BF Princeton's. Serial Number: A10308 This stamped serial number indicates between 1967-1968, but the cabinet and speaker are both from very early 1969. There are also a couple of inked stamps on the inside of chassis indicating 1969 (see pics). Tube chart is original to this cabinet. I have seen many of these Fender transitional type tube charts (such as this one), on both 1967- 69 Princeton and Princeton Reverbs. Tubes: JJ GZ34 (New), JJ 6V6 x (2/New), RCA 12AX7 (1) and RCA 7025 (1). All tube sockets, tube pins and jacks have been treated with Deoxit. Power Transformer EIA code: 606-834 (Schumacher 34th week of 1968) Output Transformer EIA code: 606-832 (Schumacher, 32th week of 1968) CTS Pots dates: 1966 thru 1969 Potentiometers have been treated with Deoxit. Speaker is 10". Date code: 465-903, PN: 10J4-5. 465-Oxford, 9 (1969) 03 (3rd week). Sounds very nice and tight. The cabinet is stamped in lower right hand side bottom: F 071069 Assuming cabinet made in 1969. Amp has recently been serviced. The ac power cord has been upgraded to a grounded 3 prong ac cord. The "death-cap" has been deleted. The handle, knobs, feet, upper and lower rear panels, screws, baffle, speaker are all nice and original to this amp. The chassis straps although nice might be reproductions. Grill cloth is excellent, as well as the cabinet tolex. Face plate has minimal minor scuffs. Sweet sounding amp and vibrato is very nice. Non original, single button footswitch is included. Also includes an original Victoria Fender "Princeton" logo cover. Please!!!! Read item description and ask questions before bidding!!!
