Description: 1970s black velvet maxi skirt!! Incredible velvety feel and long length. Lined, has zipper closure, and slit on backside. No holes or tears, some small crushed spots on waistband and a few wrinkles/spots on main part of skirt. Measures 14” across the waist (28” waist) and is 41” long. Slit is 17” long. Slightly discounted from the fact that black velvet is hard to photograph I’ve done my best to include many pics (high exposure as well).
