Cosmetic Condition The unit is in fair cosmetic condition.It has been used long ago, and has some wear.The foam inside of the case is very old and brittle, easily deformed with pressure.Please see the photos for more detail.The Dyonics "Needlescope", essentially a modified early arthroscope, was a part of arthroscopic history.The device appears to date back to the 1970s.Includes various parts or instruments.No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship. Testing We peered inside of the scope and placed a bright white LED next to the light source connection. We could see through the scope, but there appears to be damage to its optics. The view is almost entirely covered by "cracking" when viewing through it.
