On 2 of the clips, there are bells, but no actual charm, so in the item title I put 24 instead of 26. Also, the clasp on this is not really going to work. If you look closely at the 3rd photo you can see an S shaped piece. This is the clasp, but its not very secure. I feel like the loose end could easily come unhooked. That being the case, I think you could easily use a safety pin or even a twisty tie or something like that to secure it. This is in good pre-owned condition. You may see small flaws such as light marks, scratches, paint loss, etc but no major issues. Please refer to the pictures for more details.
