Built in crinoline. 14.5” bust flat (29” in total). 25” waist in total. Open hips. 36” in length. Great condition: dress has been hemmed. There are a few picks in the fabric (see photo) but very minimal and not noticeable. Dress was originally floor-length, but had a major hole, so it was hemmed.
