Made from blond birch wood sometime in the 1950s or 60s it was styled on the dumbwaiter tables prevalent in the early 1900s and before. It has since become an interesting vintage item in its own right. It has fabulous tripled clawed feet, and ornate carvings on its legs & the tier edges. If your looking to stand a lamp, serve food or display accent pieces and odd sundries then this table is a most stylish solution. Perfect for someone furnishing a home whose looking for that final piece to complete a room. The whole piece measures: 31" height x 24.5" width x 24.5" depth.The top tier measures approximately 16.5" in diameter.The lower tier measures approximately 24.5" in diameter.The lower tier is 21 7/8"" high. There is an approx 9" gap between the lower tier and top tier.Weight: approximately 15lb. CONDITION, PLEASE READ: This table is overall in good condition yet it does show signs of age and wear as all great vintage items do. It has a BLEMISH on its first tier where the veneer/finish has scratched away. See pic. I imagine this could be buffed out / disguised with a suitable wax or furniture polish. Examine all the pictures closely. In general the table is a bit dusty and could do with a clean. Zoom in & out to get a good sense of it's exact condition: a picture tells a thousand words.
