Description: Nice 20" nautical Ring buoy. This is a marine Buoy and personal floatation device. The Buoy is marked type 4, Hollywood calif. The buoy does show wear to the elements and does have stains, scuffs and random splits in the protective coating. The protective coating looks to be made of a rubber material. The brown crud looks like dirt and will need additional cleaning. The buoy is in white finish with black decal writing. The nylon straps are complete with some fraying on the ends.
