Description: This vintage toy is in excellent display condition. The pulley strap is missing and the wind up mechanism (metal band) is broken, though the key turns and makes the pinwheel spin. The bell is rather tarnished with rust. There are a couple of dents in the track. Overall, the cosmetic condition of this item is good. The color are bright and unfaded. Only minor areas of rust.
