This is one of the highest quality vintage dresses I have had the pleasure to work with. Fully lined, silk chiffon over a black poly under form that would look amazing with a petti coat. The front collar looks modest but has a slit from the top of the high neck to the bodice. Metal zipper with a beaded silk tie behind the neck that could be styled as a bow or left draped long. The beading is in incredible shape and I can not find any flaws in the silk chiffon. The fabric has no give so please see the measurements for fit.
