These used to have suspenders connected to them and the previous owner cut those pretty nicely leaving heavy duty winter snow pants. Tagged unisex 30" waist could fit 29" or 31" as well with adjustable velcro at sides. I absolutely love these pants and they have a really nice articulated design I have not seen before and complete fill zip legs. The back has strong elastic, adjusts at the sides, working zip fly, and double snap front closure to make sure these stay in place.
