Description: Vintage Antique Swans Down Care Flour, Makes Better Cakes Icing 6" Carbon Steel Spatula, With Wood Handle. Metal has scratches, and stains from normal use. Metal is carbon steel. Metal Blade is 6", overall length is 9.75". Blade is very flexible. All the writing on wood handle is legible, except Swans, some of the letters is faded. Icing spatula has wonderful patina. The blade has a slight bend / bow to it. If one was collecting old kitchenware, don't let this one get away. I do not know the age, but I think it is in the 30's or 40's.
