I can’t date this but I’d guess early 2000s? Late 90s ? It does have light wear from being mounted before (small creases , scuffs , small tape rips /tape left behind . Still presents well despite the mild flaws . I have not been able to find another blue tinted version like this one online , seems to be rare .
