Description: Vintage Arabic Brass Or Bronze Style Cigarette Cigar Box Humidor Case w Script This stunning handmade brass tone metal cigar or cigarette case or trinket box will make a great addition to your collection. It features a handmade brass tone metal box form with a hinged lid, wood lined interior and silver tone Arabic script on top. It appears to have been recently polished cleaned but could use a better/more thorough polishing. It does have wear including scratches, abrasions, scuffing, stains, patina, dents, dings and MORE so PLEASE read complete details below and review photos closely for condition. Thank you and enjoy! ITEM DETAILS: Approximate weight is 1 lb (exactly, according to my scale)Measures approximately 1-7/8" x 4" x 6-3/8"Condition: In vintage pre-owned handmade used condition with wear including the lid catching on the edge of the box rim before it closes fully and you have to pull the lid forward a bit for it to close, the rim of the lid is a bit bent out of shape as are other rim areas, fine abrasions over all of the metal surface finish, scratches, scuff marks, dents, dings, stains, there are spots/areas where it appears a base metal of a darker color might be showing through, fine lines/scratches from being polished improperly, worn down surface finish color, dulling, fingerprints, smudges, dents on the edges and corners, patina, tarnish, the bottom of the box has at least 4 heavier dent marks on it along with a straight indented line on one end running from the front to the back and at least 2 deeper scratches, heavy darkening of the metal due to oxidation, rough cuts on the wood liner that appear to be more recently made than the metal box itself, the exposed surface of the metal on the inside of the box is very dark/textured/rough, there is splintering/uneven cut/stains/wear to the wood liner, and overall wear from age and handling as shown in photos.
