There is no sticker label to be sure but it might be an Arni. When you depress the mechanical lever in back, the couple turns their heads toward each other and “kisses” On the top of the stopper where the couple sits is some signs of old glue? The cork is still in tact. It does have a little wear on the tip. See pics.
