It measures approximately 3" long x 2.5" tall and is in very good used condition with some light wear and small marks/dings that are not very obvious. I do not know what the inner stone is but it is a blackish/charcoal color with white veining and used in its rough form. The back has a c-clasp pin back and a loop that a small chain can fit through. The curved open work that circles the bottom of the stone's setting adds to this wonderful design. Weighs about 26 grams. Please inspect the photos as they are part of the description.
