Unfortunately ebay's find and replace in bulk editing is not working so I have been unable to remove the special note from my listings. I will have to remove it from each individual listing which will take some time with Over 900 listings. Customer service has had no explanation or help for me as to why it doesn't work. If you are a seller do not add anything unless you know you won't ever want it changed. I love Ebay but I cannot afford to spend all that time when it should take less than 5 minutes.
