Description: Vintage from the 1950sGorgeous pair of vintage Sovereign New Zealand Tiki Timber bookends. Very Art Deco in shape. Circa 1950's.Each bookend is layered with various types of NZ timbers. The timbers are listed in order on the original paper label which is still attached to one of the bookend. The fronts each have a small Maori tiki carving with paua shell eyes.Some minor signs of age & use. The odd mark and bumps consistent with age & use. One of the rubber feet is missing on one of the bookends. Overall nice solid pieces.Each bookend measures approx 5in H x 6in L x 4-5in W.
