Description: Vintage shades of green cabochon, rhinesone and filigree brooch with crown and fleur de lis designs. Signed on the back ART for Arthur Pepper. I believe this may be a rare design as I was unable to find another like it. The pin functions well. I see no greening on the metal and no missing stones. Absolutely minimal signs of wear, if any.
