Description: Vintage Brush-McCoy Onyx Line hand tossed arts & crafts style pottery vase that is urn shaped with a glossy olive green and soft blue onyx drip glaze. Vase measures 7-3/4" H x 5" W. The opening is 3" wide and the base measures 3-1/2" wide. The underside is unmarked has choppy glaze. There are glaze pops/bubbles defects throughout the glaze as shown in the listing photos. CONDITION: THE GLAZE HAS CRAZING THROUGHOUT THE GLAZE COMMENSURATE WITH AGE AND USE. THERE ARE MANY GLAZE BUBBLES/POPS THROUGHOUT THE GLAZE ON THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE OF THE VASE. THE BASE IS CHOPPY AND THERE IS A 1/4" GLAZE BURST OR CHIP THAT CAN BE SEEN ALONG THE EDGE OF THE BASE AND TWO SMALL CHIPS IN THE GLAZE AROUND THE INTERIOR RIM OF THE VASE OPENING. THIS PIECE IS HAND MADE AND HAS VISIBLE CLAY STRIATION LINES ON THE UPPER PART OF THE VASE THAT CAN BE SEEN BY THE EYE.
