When powered the Power light blinks until the stylus is touched to the board then the light turns a solid amber color. We assume that is a good indicator that this is a functional unit but can not confirm as wee lack thee ability to fully test. Was pulled from a working environment where it was used to do fish counts at a fish ladder. They changed systems. Includes 1 stylus pen. ( stylus is compatible with the drawingboard 3 III) does not include anything not in the photos.
