Vintage Carl Art Sterling Victorian Revival Cameo Minature Potrait Woman Brooch

Description: Up for sale is a lovely vintage sterling silver portrait brooch (convertable to a pendant as well) with the mark of Carl Art on the back. Victorian Revival piece. As is as found condition. Pin features a blue toned potrait of a woman in fancy dress under glass, surrounded by silver accents and faux pearls. Faux pearls have a faint iridescent finish. Unclear if portrait is painted or not. To me it looks like it at least has some painted on detail accents, such as the white lines and dots. No missing pearls. Some minor wear to pearl finish. Potrait has a small darker mark on left side. Pin works. Metal surfaces show some tarnish and signs of use and age. Back has surface scratching and marks. In all of my listings, I include at least one photo that shows the item next to a ruler. I strongly urge you to look at this closely to make sure you have a good feel for how big or small the item actually is. Items are packed carefully to make sure they arrive to you safely.
