This is a USED/PRE-OWNED item. This listing is for a Vintage Cherry Amber Bakelite Faceted and Graduated Beaded Necklace. The catch is also Cherry Amber bakelite. -see images. The Q-tip in the images is the result of the Simichrome Test for Bakelite. This item was recently purchased from an estate. Specifications: This is a USED/PRE-OWNED Item -See Below for Condition Report. MATERIAL: Cherry Amber Bakelite, Strung on String SIGNED: No marks that I can find. DIMENSIONS: This necklace is approximately 30" around *The String is stretched out a bit -see images. The largest bead in the front is about 19mm x about 17.5mm at the largest points. The smallest beads near the catch are about 5mm x 5.5mm give or take slightly GEMSTONES: NO gemstones, this item is made from Cherry Amber Bakelite. MONOGRAMS: None WEIGHT: 32.1 Grams total CONDITION: The beads have a few small scratches/scuffs, minor nicks, fleabites, wear and imperfections etc. though not very large/deep or objectionable. one of the beads of the catch has a small chip on it. The string these beads are strung on is stretched out and the beads are NOT knotted in between each one. We have NOT restrung this necklace, and as with all beaded necklaces, it might need to be restrung at some point in the future. Please see images to get a closer look at this items condition.
