Description: Colonial 2-blade with blue/green celluloid handles. US Capitol and Washington Monument on handle. About 3". Likely in 1950s-1970s, but possibly newer. The 2 blades have very good snap. The main blade does have a slight wobble. The handles have no chips or cracks, but the pictures under the clear celluloid are slightly faded. Not a common knife.
