Vintage Electric Coffee Percolator 22 Cup (C-9292-57) GUC *Tested Works!*

Description: This vintage electric coffee percolator is the perfect addition to your mid century modern kitchen. With a capacity of 22 cups, it can brew enough coffee for a crowd. It is made of shiny aluminum/metal material and features a quick heating feature that will get that coffee percolating in no time. I plugged in the coffee maker, and the heating element at the bottom heated up very fast. Granted i didn't put water or coffee grounds into the basket to see if it does make the coffee but I figured if the heating element heats up then I deduced that the water will boil and the coffee grounds will brew once that heated water boils to the top. Its sleek silver aluminum color and classic mcm design make it a collectible item that will stand out in any kitchen. This electric percolator has one setting/program that is turned on once the maker is plugged in. The condition is really good considering the age. The inside is stained with coffee that I know will come out worth some good ol' scrubbing and baking soda. The front label that was originally on the front had come off, but you can still see the remnants of where it was. As I ran my hand over the body of the maker i can feel a few dings and dents in the metal, nothing huge, and the little dents weren't showing up in the pictures so I will just say there's a few dings and dents on the surface body. Other than those issues, the coffee maker is in good used condition. This beautiful coffee maker/ dispenser came from a sweet older couple who's family had an estate sale for them, there I was fortunate enough to aquire some of their wonderful memories that I hope get to live on with a new owner that will make new memories with this lovely coffee percolator. VINTAGE: Most of the items I acquire from estate sales, garage sales, and thrift stores. So, a lot of my items I will not have a history for, so they may come from a home that a smoker lived in or cats. I will do my best to smell out the sinkers and let you know any odors or visible flaws that should be addressed.
